Default JR 12X with AFPD

I have a JR 12X transmitter and also have the JR interface adapter cable. So far I can only use the 12X Tx in the trainer mode. In the trainer mode, I can not use dual rates and flight modes. Is there a way I can get AFPD to work with the 12X Tx on one of the programmable channels?

I am also getting ready to purchase a new computer. One comes with the NVIDIA GF9300GE graphics card. The other comes with the ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics card. How well do these graphics card perform?

Thanks,

Steve

I use my 12x with mine and just created a model for the plane I use on the sim, I have my radio set up with flight modes and have had no issues. All I did was plug the cord into my radio and it worked. I also assigned a switch for smoke thru the afpd channel/radio setup, then activated it in the radio and everything worked.

Attached is a picture of my JR AFPD adapter. No matter what, I can only get my JR 12X transmitter (dedicated 2.4 GHz) to work on the trainer port in slave mode. I am interfacing with both Version 1.8.0.9 or version 1.11.07.09. Do I need the new style adapter to be able to interface in the Master mode?

mine was plug and play with my new 12x. I'm using the same cable that I had with my 10x.
