Default T12FG Throttle Cut problem

Hello,

I'm having some problems with my new T12FG.
I fly mode 4 (throttle and ailerons on the left stick).
If i had the normal throttle control it would work, but i fly with throttle reverse aswell (full throttle, the stick is at the bottom).
Now the throttlecut only works on full throttle for me..

Any thoughts on my problem?

Ps. sorry for my English

My thought is that you are pretty well screwed, however there is another way of doing it.

I didn't like the way idle down and throttle cut work, so I set mine up a different way and it's very easy to use.

I put 2 mixes in, one with left slider into throttle, the other mixes right slider into throttle. The sliders are convenient, you don't have to take your fingers off the sticks ad are rarely used for anything else.

I use the left slider to add a little throttle to implement a high idle. With the slider all the way back I set idle speed with the stick trim, then I can push the slider forward to get a higher idle. It only takes a few percent, and it's set to only work at very low stick positions so it doesn't affect the throttle when flying. I can easily flick the slider to add or subtract engine power, and safely pull it all the way back to get lowest idle without accidentally killing the engine.

The right slider is more of an on/off, when all the way back some travel is mixed in to fully close the throttle.

When starting, both sliders forward gives me high ifle. Left slider then controls idle speed and right slider kills the engine.

This setup will work with your transmitter even with throttle reversed.

I used the levers on my FF9C as a throttlecut like you said.
Tried to set it up with the T12FG but i can't make it work...
Sounds stupid I know, but could you help me with it?

OK start with 2 mixes set to all default.

Mix 1 enable, Master is LS, Slave is Throttle, switch set to J3, Rate a is 20%, rate B is 20% (but I don't think the B rate does anything, I'm just reading you what I have and I did not have a full understanding of what did what at the time). When you select switch J3, go to the on/off setting and it allows you to set an on/off point in the stick travel. Mix 1 is enabled below 20% stick travel,

That's all there is to the idle up/down on left slider.

Mix 2 enable Master is RS, Slave is Throttle, Rate a is 40%, rate b os zero. Switch is J3 and mix 2 is enabled below 50% stick travel.

That's all there is.

Just try it, you can't really hurt anything.

I think you will find it easy to use. Initially I used only 1 slider but I found it was too easy to accidentally kill the engine when trying to find a lower idle. THat's why I split it up on 2 sliders.
