Default Wildhare Extra 260 87" 50cc - Anyone flying one?

Anyone have any experience with this one? I'm thinking of using a Brillelli (BME) 50 on canister.

Seems like a deal for $540 shipped to my door.

This is very similar to their new/old Extra 300. here is a build thread: http://www.flyinggiants.com/forums/f...nes-build.html

I haven't flown the plane but it looks very nice.

I used to have that engine btw. I had a few problems related to a cowl pressure issue, and it ran better with an intake plenum. It ran roughly the same as my DL50 with a bit more vibration. It was lighter however, as I needed to shift weight quite a bit when I switched from the B50gt to the DL. The engine should work very well in the WH 260.

Good luck! Post lots of pics.
