What a great day....Elie barking orders while us lowly Pit Beotches worked our butts off. The Portugese lunch is something I will live with for a while.

Honestly, it was a ton of fun and well worth the two hour drive. This plane is UNBELIEVABLE......just gigantic. Pictures do it no justice. All that is left is Rx, Battery, and ignition install along with a few housekeeping items. The only hold up may be finding the right prop and a 7" spinner. I am guessing Elie will have it flying within a few weeks if the weather holds.

Thanks for having us and the great lunch Snap. Glad to be a part of this project. You know we won't miss this maiden!!!!!

3DGuy, 4 Large rubber Grommets form the soft mount and you need a hammer to drive them in, seriously, the motor is soft mounted like a servo but the rubber grommets are huge.

Craig, I thank you, Bob T, Ron C and Jim Cyr for coming to help, what you guys did in few hours was going to take me more than a week to do, I appreciate that and I hope you come again, don't forget I make that trip almost every week in the Summer and I will do it again this year probably more often than before due to my situation since I keep running out of flying fields up my way, population of old farts is growing rapidly here, what I mean by old farts (people who hate aerobatic airplanes and think they make too much noise but it's ok to fly 5 warbirds full bore and at an airport)
Thanks again.

Great day!
The puppy is a monster with all of the stuff in it! My concern now is Snap flipping the prop! He can't reach that high! I think I'm going to have to design a special chicken stick for him! LOL
Any ideas?

P.S. Big thanks goes out to Affordable Welding in Fall River for staying open a bit late to weld up the headers so they would fit.
