Default Re: su 26 35% Hacker 150-8 12s

Hey Fred,
I have used the A100 and the A80 in 33% planes they work great with a Master Spin 200amp ESC
I would give Hacker a call they have a real good customer service.
the 150 is rated for a 27x10 prop with 14s so the 28x10prop on 12s @186amps should of been fine. I would be worred about your ESC did you check to see if that is what is fried 226amps is pushing the 170
did you check the motor temp after you used the 32x10 prop?
you might of over heated the windings
how is the motor cooling? is there good air flow?
was the ESC setup for the motor? motor timing?
what was the ESC reading
the 150 is a lot of power for a 35% the A100 is a better fit for a 28lb. plane

if your numbers are right
the 32x10 prop / 42v x 226amps = 9,492 watt's
the 28x10 prop / 42v x 186amps = 7,812 watt's

post more data and pictures of your setup
