DA-100 Warbird? Any out there?
Hey guys, I have a extra DA-100 and I was wondering if I could get any suggestions on a warbird airframe that would work with this!
I am fond of spitfires, p-51, sea fury's, and such. Is there anyone out there that can send me on the right track!  I heard about troy built, but I was wondering if there was any others, I am not a builder!

3W Bearcat, awesome plane. I wanted one done in the race trim and I was going to do it in the newest Rear Bear paint and install a DA170 with straight pipes. $2700.00 for the airframe alone

I was gonna suggest the Corsair from Comp-Arf but I see that is the consensus anyway ! That is one Bad looking bird !!!
If I could I'd have it with the Moki Radial. It's here on FG somewhere, "Whistling Death" I believe. A Monster. A 100 twin would work just fine.

I saw the comp-arf corsair. I just really want to do something completely different. I like the Focke wolf, maybe the spitfire, I haven't seen to many more spitfires in this area lately. I would just like something different. I no longer have the DA-100, so I guess it is really up for discussion. I want something more than 100". Anything in mind? Motor is up for discussion too. I really do not want to go with zenoah if I don't have to! Thanks. I am finishing up my Bi-plane in the next couple of weeks, so I am going to be looking around for something! Oh Yeah, I have checked troybuilt. They just don't have anything really different. I kinda favor the Dauntless(sp)! I found it on Ziroli's website! Anymore suggestions?

Bill Hempel Has a 150 cc warbird in the works to be released in the future. Also a big B-29 with 4- 50 cc engines.
