Help with Fliton part ???

Anyone here have inside track to someone in Fliton? I have been trying to get a new wing tube for my Andrew Jesky electric (the Flying Giant version) for the last 1-1/2 YEARS - yes , years !

I repeatedly try and e-mail and call them but can't get anyone... are they still in business??

Or just search for carbon tubes , just measure the od of yours or Inside diameter of the socket in fuse then order. Fliton are the worst company Ive ever dealt with and never returned a new esc they owed me, when the old one after 2 flights went on fire on the controller side. I wouldnt buy anything from them. Ive had 2 AJ's and they are awesome shame about the comany.

Snap thats what i did got the FG scheme its gorgeous, i love the plane its so solid in tha air and wow can it fly so slow high alpha knifedge etc.

I see Advantage is heavily discounted Fliton Planes. Wonder If I should give them a try, heard a lot of horror stories about Fliton customer service, or should I say no customer service. Advantage Hobby has a battle on thier hands. What does anyone think about a chance on Fliton?

Dealing diret with Fliton is a no go, I sent a faulty esc back they confirmed receipt and never sent a replacement, i tried contacting them over a three month period and gave up in the end. So basically they never honoured there warranty and stole my esc. I wouldnt buy anything from them again.

Simply the worst company i have ever dealt with, planes fly superb company is a nightmare to deal with, for spares and customer support. Just do some searches you get the same story every time.

The KatanaMD wing tube fits the Fliton AJ Extra and seems a bit stronger than the original also!

hope you didn't buy from them - they are awful. yeah nice planes but WORST customer service in the business.

You know its sad, pretty good product but no customer service can kill in any industry, but the hobby business especially!!!!! I got stung a few years back on a heli I ordered. Never ordered again, they were out of business in two years. I hate to say it but looks like RIP for Fliton. After I started reading the posts, no way I would ever try them. Too bad. I also noticed my local HS stopped stocking their stuff.Thanks for the info guys. See you at the field.
