I really liked Craig's red scheme.. When I saw the blue it was on
 I have a crate of 8711's on the way, Kavan wheels and PSP Axles. enough to get started.. Im thinking about MTW cans.. anyone running any ? |

I assembled one for a friend and we put the CG on the wingtube, it flies fine, he loves this plane now, he has the 30% and the 42%.

yeah they didn't give any instructions with my Giles either I downloaded from the internet and went at it. the only part I really used was the part for the cg and it was generic it did not say root or tip for the measurement, I just used the tube also and it is fine there. their instructions for some planes leave alot to be desired.

Thank you guys! i havent found any instruction for downloading, have you used the included hardware pack? seems good.
I have Futaba 9156 to install, you think i need 3x servos for one wing considering i will power it with an electric motor? |

i would use three servos per wing no matter what - yes the hardware is ok - i used some - the spinners suck!!

I recently puchased one of these from a imac contest. brand new with only 5 flgihts on it. i flew it and its great. final weight was 37.5 pounds. but the builder did a really good job on assembling and choosing equipment.

Has anyone else put one of these planes together and flew it, I'm in the process of assembling mine now and wanted to know if there is anything I should know before hand. I hope that this planes flies as good as my TOC 35% YAK. Can't wait to see how it does, I should be done with it in the next couple of months....
