The Salinas Imac contest was alot of fun. Seems like every year it does get better. Sunday was one heck of a windy day, and you certainly had your hands full most of the time flying it it.
Good to see everyone again for our first NorCal event. Special thanks goes to Damon Parker one of my good friends who decided to come back and start flying agian. Had a blast Good Pics too, Joe DeRenzi Imac 1535 |

Todd,
I am definitely game for the Bakerfield and Oakdale events. Then one more in Oregon...towards the end of summer. Thunder Power is kicking loose the new batteries we need...so the slug-o-matic Yak will have new life!!! Question, have you flown the Extreme Flight Extra 87"? I need to stay with electric power for a while, and I was wondering about this 60CC airframe? I know you like your Dalton, but for use less fortunate people...what do you think? More specifically, have you ever heard anyone comparing it to the Yak 88? I was wondering which would be better for precision aerobatics. I need to think about building a backup plane. - Richard |
