I'm using this one in my angel.. works great :

Boxhead,

mate to give you a point of reference, I fly one of these, http://www.dghaikong.com/showpro.asp?ID=29

On the motor your first choice of motors http://unitedhobbies.com/hobbyking/s..._580Kv_/_1580w

I use a 5s 3700mah 25c pack, running an 80 amp speedy, swinging a 15x8 prop it pulls about 58amps and the vertical flight performance is unbelievable.

I can easily get 7 minutes of IMAC style flying out of it and still have reserve in the battery.

Cheers,

Jeff

Tim, you need to get a job that keeps you busy!!!! Still need to keep the headers at the same length, I'm also not to keen on the rear header butting into the front one. A nice Y branch would be more efficient. To keep the lenght the same, perhaps start the front header bending back 40mm and the rear header bending forward 40mm.
Here you go mate... Have a look at the attached pdf.. option 2 is the easiest, can keep them at 240mm in header length.. but it has a drop of 130mm... option 1 has a longer header length, at 313mm, but it maintains the 80mm drop...

The only problem I see with these options is fabricating the 2 into 1 join in the middle... going to be fiddly... Let us know if I am on the right path...
