Default DA50 front hub

I have a DA50 just go back from desart aircraft they replaced front crank brg. and dd carb work. The service was fast and motor ran great for about 5 min. then the prop and hub came of dont know why. Has anyone ever had this happen I found the prop and hub looks to have just spun off. Anyhelp would be great. Desart Aircraft has not ever had this happen. The motor did not lock up and fill ok. Going to send back to DA. But just was looking for help. THANKS ROAD RUNNER

Sounds like it maybe sheared the keyway on the crank but either way the man himself just came on here and said to send it in so, enough said. Quick response Tony

The key is soft, not made to hold the hub ON the crank..The prop stud HOLDS the hub on the crank..If it is not tight enough on the taper it WILL come off, shearing the key in the process...
Only two possibilites, the threads broke off the end of the crank or the stud was loose....
