Default Help ID large TOC glow motor

Another motor purchased by a friend somewhere between 1988 and 1990. Meant for TOC style and size aerobatic planes of the time. 17 to 19 pounds. Obvious conversion to glow.
Bore 1 25/32", Stroke 1 3/8" Tillotson carb, weight 5'7"
Anyone fhave a clue on this motor?
Thanks,
Stuart

That was the only place I saw that marking. Are they W's or M's?

That's a 3W 60 or 70 . It came like that from factory back in the early 90's.
