Although the bottom end looks like the ZDZ the cylinder is pure DL. I know this because I pulled the jug from my XYZ50HP and it is now running on my DL lower end with reeds and all. Runs great by the way as a DL. The darn thing couldn't get out of it's own way in it's stock configuration running a Xoar 22x8 (5800rpm max and no transition). It was smooth after you finally get it started, usually needed the electric starter when cold. Just no balls at all.

My XYZ is going to be a XYZ55HP maybe the extra displacement will get it out of it's own way. I'm not going to bet on it though!

What happened there? I have my entire universe managed by smart fly gear.
I ve never had not one stinking.problem from those little Red do hickeys.
