Call SWB, The AM 30% and the EF 87" are "VERY" close in design, SWB makes a 3" offset arm for the EF yak crossed pull-pull that will work in the AM Yak. You will need a 3" wide rudder control surface arm installed and you will need to ask SWB what the distance from the pull-pull exit holes in the fuse to the rudder servo should be. this might be a problem for you as I think your servo mount is already in place. My rudder hardware is SWB links at both ends of Dubro coated wire.

The AM 30% yak comes with a servo arm that you bolt onto your stock servo arms. All the offset is pre done and ready to go. If you decide not to use this arm then the SWB arms will work as well.

The SWB 3" offset pull pull arm with there tensioners work great and make it easy to adjust the slack.

Tony, you can use any pull pull wire kit as long as it is heavy duty. Make sure that the control horns measure the same width as the servo horn, for instance, if your ball links at your servo arm measure 3" from center to center, than you want the center between both control horns to be the same. In most cases it will not be exact so that is where the offset comes in. Most people have used the crossed line method which is another reason you would use the offset arm at the servo. I ran my lines straight as I reamed the holes for a binding free install. If you are off only 1/4" max(2 3/4" center to center) at the control horns than you want a 1/4" offset at the servo horn. There was a great article in a Flyrc mag that I had, but dont remember which one. I used the aluminium control horns and as you can see I drilled through the rudder and bolted both together. Remember to use some washers to shim the control horns as even as possible. I have the older AM yak but either way the geometry is the same ( above or below the elevators). Hope this helps.
