Default will G3.5 work on my laptop?

hey dudes, got a question...
I've got an older Acer travelmate C100 that id really like to have my G3.5 on.
im worried though, as the realflight is supposed to have certain system requirements
that i'm not sure my laptop is capable of.
Its only a 900mhz, with 256mb of ram, and the realflight requires a pentium 1.0ghz or
equivalent, and 256mb or ram. as far as the video card, i have no idea what is in the
computer. i am mainly worried about the required 1ghz when the computer has a 900mhz.
i dont care about smoke and trees and stuff like that, i usually use the photofields anyway,
so i can turn all of the extras off. i really just want to run the basic simulator without
it being too choppy.
anybody tried it on this laptop?
thanks in advance!

Jared, I've run Realflite without all the frills on a desktop that was under what was required. My best suggestion would be to load it on the computer and see if it'll work. Also, check into "updating" to an older version of G3. Might run better, might not....
