This giant Corby Starlet is different. Don't know if it is your style but it's not very common and it's not a 3D plane, but a scale sport plane. It is 85" with 1455 sq in of wing, 17lbs, so should work fine with a 50cc gas engine.

Lee, that is a wild looking plane. You are correct, it is something different. I have never seen that before.

If you don't even have the time to build your dream plane, it's not likely that some manufacturer who needs to make a large production run to stay in business is about to make some low demand item. He doesn't have the time to develop and produce it either. Nor does he have the required funding.

That new kid might take time, no doubt. But I'd bet that you sit around watching TV, generally goofing off and doing lots of other things that conume plenty of free time. And that's where you get the time to build. Why not cut out those time wasters and put it into your build? Ultimately, you'll have your unique plane. Or would you prefer to make excuses and keep dreaming?
What the hell is this about?????? no need for this here or anywhere........

what about a chipmunk? i know right where you can get a great 50cc size builder's kit for a great chipmunk. they are greatly aerobatic and you certainly will not see many of them at the field due to the new desires to fly 3D. PM me and i'll get you some info!

good luck with your search....

Yes indeed... for a while I had the only AgWagon at my field (old Kyosho model in .46 size). It got a lot of comments. It's changed hands a couple of times since but it's still flying

I've flown a 1/4 scale version and it's nice... it actually handles really well, too

EXACTLY what I was going to say! I have never seen that brand before... my mechanic has a Globe Swift and it is absolutely GORGEOUS in person.

This is one I may have to consider myself

I might have missed exactly what you are looking for besides something different. I saw some pics of the new Aeroworks Cessna 195 at Toledo and it does look very nice, though according to their specs a 50cc gasser would be too big for it. In the aerobatic arena, Performance Aircraft Unlimited has a Sukhoi Su-26m recently released; you don't see too many 50cc Sukhois flying around. Another option mentioned earlier for a fun-fly type airplane is the GP Reactor, or maybe look for a used Carden Cuda. Lots of variety out there if you look in the right places.
