Hi,
I have a very simple question about wolverine setup with two batteries(7.4V 2600) , two regulators (Sahara) and one reciever(FASST). Just look at the picture and tell me that I will not burn my regulators or my plane .Thanks in advence. Daniel

I have this setup in my plane, and I run it batteries, switch, regulators, receiver. When I see the pics I can confirm proper setup.

The way I keep it straight is you don't want to regulate the current you're charging into your batteries. You plug your charge cord into the switch and you want to go to battery, so from battery to switch, switch to regulator, regulator to receiver.

Looks good. You should have no problems with that setup.

Been flying my plane with that exact setup for over a year, no problems.

Are you tying the two regulators together and then going to the receiver
![]() Each regulator should have at least one if not two power outputs to the receiver. Last edited by bgold; 04-05-2009 at 09:42 AM. |

Each regulator have one output to the reciever that become into one. Another question.... If one of the regulators is fail( ). it will not overwight/kill(didnt known how to write it) the other regulator?Daniel Last edited by kingfd; 04-05-2009 at 10:30 AM. |

I use the same set-up but I use two seperate regulater outputs . I put one regulater output into battery port on receiver and the other regulater output into a spare channel. I do not tie the two regulater outputs together.

That is the correct way to setup your Batteries and Regulators.

Looks good man! I love my Wolverine switch, for around the same price as two black plastic HD switches you get a really nice-looking, functional dual-switch. The batteries on my big Edge read exactly the same every time I check them.

OK guys!
thanks! I think I will go with it for my SU. Anyway...lets see what fromeco will says about this setup. just to be sure with it. Or maybe the setup that PSF(#12) recomended on is better? Daniel. Last edited by kingfd; 04-05-2009 at 11:25 AM. |
