Default Maneuver Identification

What is the maneuver at 1:56 in the video? I've been trying to duplicate it on the simulator but can't seem to get it quite right. (maybe Bill can chime in?) I can't see really good, but it looks like Left Aileron, Left Rudder and I would guess Down Elevator??? But I can't really make out what the elevator is doing in the vid.

Sorry about the subject of the video, but it's where I saw it.

It looks like you are right about all the surface deflections, the rudder looks like left rudder to me. For the rest of the manuver, I think it is just throttle control and timing at just the right time.

Climbing knife edge spin. Unless there's a nickname given to it by Bill.

Not sure if there is a name! lol

Anyway, yes it is a vertical climb, Positive snap left. As soon as it snaped, I added full down elevator while holding all inputs! Result: TUMBLE!!!!

Fun airplane!
