I have had the unpleasant experiance of loosing a counterweight off the prop on a baron. it tore the spinner off, then bounced into the nose, back into the prop arc and got slapped forward and got flown into again. then the real freaky part. it flew over the nose and into the prop on the other side. it belted the spinner and created a huge dent in that side. I have a few photos somewhere and will try and post them.
