Snap: send me your scheme! No problem for you.
![]() B-29: Just sent the retracts to the builders so they cvan NOW start the construction/design of the airplane........ so, no pictures yet. I am thinking it will be sometime early next year b4 we see this plane. (Joe Nall 2010!!). Clipped Wing Taylorcraft; great idea...... have already looked at it. We'll see how the sales of the new planes go. If all goes well maybe a future airplane!?!? BH |

Hi Bill
I have one of your 50% extra 260s. What is the recomended starting point for the cg? Almost have the 50% clipped done as well. Have been looking at the 60% Extra, Is the red white and blue the standard scheme? Seems like work always gets in the way of finishing these projects. Thanks Bill D. |

Hi Bill,
The CG on the Extra 260 will be fine. On a plane this large, the whole design of the plane is taken into account for the CG. Mount all your equipment in the normal locations and your CG will be perfect. There is no way to get the CG out of range using normal equipment (i.e.: dont use a 500cc motor) and locations for that equipment. I will have an extra Extra 260 in this next cxontainer arriving soon. This is a custom scheme and looks beautiful. The colors are overal red and white with black trim........ oooh pretty. Bill |
