Default Unicom / FBO Any advice?

Hi guys!

I got a job at the local airport as running the FBO/ Unicom service. Some days there is nothing to do other days feels like you can never work fast enough. (only one person working at any given time)

From a pilots stand point is there anything you really like? Other than trying to be as helpful as possible is there anything that would make life easier for you guys that is often over looked?

Looking for any type of feed back

Steven

rock star parking, coffee, ice and papers, tip toe into the pilot lounge and wake us gently to tell us our pax our here and lest we forget proper plane marshaling etiquette &feature=related
but seriously just a safe attitude a smiling face and the ability to interact with egos

A smile and a big welcome to my FBO, a lot of linemen and front counter people have forgotten that that pilot is their wages. Do not discriminate between the Jet Jock and the Cessna driver, in todays economy you need them all in order to keep the doors open. I like the college girls in bikinis idea, that should cheer up any pilot's day except if you are female!!!!!

Because there are now so many women pilots, the term 'cockpit' has been deemed not to be politically correct. The FAI has officially changed the name of where a plane is controlled from. The old term (cockpit) is being phased out over the next few months.
