Its great to see the wings bend in flat out KE circuits, thats an experience you just wont get unless your plane is stupidly overpowered or a bit floppy!

That's some of the craziest ***** I've ever seen. Nice.

PS: And people in my club think I'm crazy...they just don't know crazy...

Hey Thomas,

I've been following you and Lee for quite some time. Sick vids, hovering through tunnels, in the quary, you name it....it's sick! Nice flying!

I want to see some rolling harriers going backwards next time.

That should be one awesome combo. Heck mine hover's at 1/4 to almost 1/2 throttle. It has a DA 50, Vess 23B, and a KS1060 tuned pipe. This thing should be wicked.

I will bring it down to Daytona when I get it done and we will have a race vertical. We have to race to 1000ft....don't worry I will give you a head start.....LOL.

I don't know why people are so alarmed when someone wants to put a big motor on this plane. This plane is HUGE!

MVVS 58 weight vs DA85
4.365 lbs vs 4.3 lbs + Ignition

Seems pretty darn logical to me.....Well in a twisted kind of way.

24-12 is gonna scare the outta that little Yak. 26-10 maybe? I mean you've seen the kinda speed i'm getting on mine.

And, stock mufflers sound like crap, but smoke twice as good as pipes .

My 2 cents. How was Land O Lakes man? I couldnt make it, my dad couldnt get off work early enough.

The Yak will be fine with the 24x12Wide. I know you are running the 24x12 regular. The Wide will pull hard and the pipe will help out too......who am I kidding the motor will be enough, but yeh the 3-blade will be sweet!

I will show you a way to make pipes smoke just as good as a pitts. I won't divulge my secret just yet though.

Land O Lakes was rough. I was out of my groove all weekend. Like the Austin Powers that lost his mojo. Still hammering out my freestyle trying new things. This Yak will be my freestyle plane, so I can actually have fun with it instead of flying my prized IMAC plane for freestyle all the time.

Got some pics of the install so far. Still have to make wood standoff block for the motor 1.25" and the pipe and header is on its way in a brown box from Arizona.

Dang it Parker you just made my DA-50 look small. LOL... I didn't put that baffle on mine. Too much of a hassle in my opinion.
