Hey, if you're anywhere close, within 4 or 5 hours drive, you ain't got no excuse good enough for not making this event if you ain't working, getting married, or dying that weekend.
In fact, for all the pilots that show up, I'll buy you a drink if you want to take me up on it! Hopefully, we will be getting some folks together to go out and eat Friday and Saturday night and I'll buy everybody a drink or maybe 2, both nights, just to celebrate our 1st Annual 3D event! Now get down here and Huck It!!!

Got a question for ya. I usually get my hotel reservations through Hotels.com. They always have great prices. Is the Best Western Park Plaza Motor the same as the Best Western Catalina Inn? If not is the park plaza motor further away from the field? Seems like they are the only one with a full on breakfast in the morning and not your one bagel and cheap orange juice in the morning. lol

Hey Chris,

Chacy is out of pocket right now, so I will answer your question. Those are 2 different hotels. The Best Western Catalina Inn is the closest to the field.

How far from the field is the other one?

Hey Chris, sorry I didn't get back to you quicker, I didn't have time to post last night and was gone all day today. Greg's (pickensflyer) got you covered with that info. I think you're right about the breakfast, the Catalina Inn is not going to be anything special, however, if you don't mind Waffle House, there's one right next door to the Catalina Inn in Northport. There's also another place just up the road that's only about 1 mile out of the way going straight to the field that serves breakfast - it's called Buddy's - real easy to find.
