T.U.F.F. 3D June 5 th -7 th

I'm with you Gary,

Same name only 2nd annual, seams fitting to me.

I've been working on a private land owner for the Giant Scale & 3D Jamobree,
so I'll bill that venue at a different time, no sweat.

Now to sanction or not.

Sanctioning with the AMA brings more creditability to an event for sponsors and by billing this event as sanctioned, we can receive more sponsored support for prizes give-a-ways,raffles
"builds the treasury & is not to simply gain pilots attendance" we have that by word of mouth.

Last year the 1st Annual TUFF 3D Fly IN was June 5th - 7th this year witch was Friday -Sunday

The Date for next year that was proposed by Mark was June 11th -13th and by the looks of the current posted AMA sanctioned & invitational events, that a good date.

OK Guys & Gals

Just got off a call with Mark and Tim..

Their is a TUFF meeting in early January & I would like to convey my vision for the 2nd annual TUFF Club 3D Big Bird event before the meeting if I can by me being available during the meeting on speaker phone since it takes me almost 4 hours to drive with my condition.

1. Put your faith in me to make a memorial event and to follow the TUFF way of having FUN 1st &
foremost.
2. Everyone that knows me & the TUFF Club Knowes me for having a butt load of fun. PERIOD
3. Don't 't be concerned with the details. That's my job and I love it because I have cd'd & acted
as event Coordinator for numerous of events and please let the weight fall on my shoulders
4. It will make money for the Treasury and all of us will have butt loads of fun, TRUST ME !!!
5. Most events are better handled on a "Let the CD or event Coordinator handle the details"
(after all, it's their job and I for 1 enjoy the all aspects of both title.

Don't be concerned with the details. they develop as the event unfolds.
It always does! & always has!
