Hey Guys,
Just had a chance to post. ![]() The T.U.F.F. Club Knows how to have a rocking good time for sure. ![]() ![]() ![]() Three thumbs up!Last time I was at the field in 06 for a big bird, I lost a Cap 232 and swore that I would never return because of all the stuck up BS that was happening with the Tyler club. But Since Charles Harris is a stand up kinda guy and then meeting Mark at my Dallas event, together they clued me in to the T.U.F.F way of running a club, I was quickly impressed It is very apparent that this club cares that modelers have a great time with some down home values. I am now a new member and plan to return every couple of months to do it all over again with a great bunch of guys. I have had a Monkey that has been with me for 4 years that travels to different events with me & is somewhat famous. We strap him to landing gears, take pictures of him getting in trouble, He's a good monkey~ he doesn't eat much but can be a hand full at times with all the antics he gets into. Monkey & I chatted Saturday afternoon because he was so depressed we would be leaving Sunday afternoon and I could tell he really wanted to stay because of this group of guys at the T.U.F.F club. Now with all the pilots and different events he's traveled to with me over the years. I had to stop and take notice of his tears. So at Dinner Saturday night at Ruddy's BBQ, the whole group was concerned why I was so distressed & finally I broke down and clued everyone in on Monkey's and my chat we had earlier. With all sorts of support and tears of both sadness and happiness we found a happy medium for Monkey. So I will remain Monkey's Daddy and Mark "littlecrankshaft" will be his mentor. and Sam will be Monkey's care taker and make sure he's well feed and continues to have a blast Mark, You do understand the he is cranky in the mornings and likes to pull on :Banane20:ladies skirts once in a while. So you have to keep him under control at times He's not the best flier, he just kinds hangs their but is willing to learn as with any child ![]() If you haven't seen him in a while he's probably in Sam's transmitter case or in the john. So with out further tears: Monkey's call sign is now T.U.F.F Monkey

Monkey sure got into a lot of mischief this weekend but he will be kept in line until "Daddy" gets back here again. Sammy will be looking after Monkey for the most part...and as we all know, Sammy ain't afraid to spank the monkey...so we know he will be pretty good until you get back. |

What is this deal with the monkey. What do you have to do to get the monkey? Can I adopt the monkey. I work with monkeys all of the time.

My hat's off to the TUFF organizers for a wonderful event! Watching the Saturday evening giant Yak jam session was the highlight for me. To me it exemplified the friendship and coordination that pulled this most excellent gathering together. Let's do it again next year!
