Default how to run in and adjust my first petrol ( 26 cc)

Hi guys
I recently got a new mvvs 26, this is my first petrol, and need to know how to run it in and how to adjust the needles

We have put 1 tank through it at tick over, no problem. But, when do I start adjusting the needles and how do I do this. High or low? in or out? how far? how do I know if I havew gone too far?

Many thanks
Martin
