The first time one of my buddies picked it up he nearly thru it thru the ceiling in my shop....

We certianly don't think that the Hyper-Lites replace our existing line of airframes. Frankly there will always be 40% airplanes with 150, 170's, and 200's ect. on them; however, there's more then a few of us that can't wait to rip on a 27 lb 40% with a 100 on it

Here is a pic of my framed up 42% Edge. I have some final finishing to do before covering but it is getting close.

Thank you, I am very happy to be a customer. Thank you for all of you hard work. Now I get to my least favorite part of filling and sanding. I just need to try to figure out a good covering scheme.

Hmmm lets hope you do the sukhoi...Bubble up the canopy and lower the wing slightly (I just cant stand it mid-wing) and I may be in. You gotta luv a round cowl, only thing better is a round cowl and two wings...

Thanks Edgeman,
Matt,
I have tried that myself over the last couple of days and nothing has happened. I wish it would cover itself as well

Went over dbcaster's house a few weeks back and was impressed- was glad someone finally made a kit that has aircraft ply for the motor box with lightening holes. Looks like a pretty easy build- I will definitely consider the Extra for my next build.

Dunny,
Get the Extra and bring the cores over for some bagging. I think I have a bit of stout left!

Dunny

Kevin Walker is VERY particular about rigidity and vibration. He was convinced that we could add several dozens, if not hundreds of flights to our airframes by altering materials and preparing them properly. Kudos Kev! You Da Man!

Here are a couple of pics of the 42% Edge. I borrowed the scheme from another Edge posted on FG but I just couldn't resist it. I am waiting for the rain to stop so I can paint the cowl and hatch to finish it up.
