We at The New Aerotech are ready and willing to accept full responsibility for any Aerotech related issues dating from April 29th, 2009 on. That is when we purchased the assets of this company. We are fully aware that some folks will have some assistance questions regarding previous dealings and we are certainly willing to listen and get you to the people that are responsible for all Aerotech dealings prior to our acquisition of the assets. I am quite certain that everyone that deals with The New Aerotech will quickly see that we are 100% customer service driven. We can only strive to impress on a going-forward basis and hope to be given the benefit of a clean slate.
Thank you and again, we look forward to meeting as many of you as possible! Keep Flyin'! Matt Mikesh

This sounds awesome! so I have to put in my request. I will start with the why, I am building from plans the 35% Wendell Hostetler Pitts s1-11b. The plans are very old school hand drawn nothing is going easy AT ALL! So I would like to see a nice cad drawn laser cut Pitts Challenger, not the m-12 or an Ultimate but a well designed Challenger. This fine plane has gone the way of the dinosaur. It needs to be brought back to the main stream and I feel you guys are the ones to do it.

Hey Matt,
I have an older Aerotech edge and the instruction manual is non-exstinant and basically I have screwed everything up in the process (trial and error new builder). Could I buy you and Rob a few cases of your beverage of choice at the St. Louis Huckfest in exchange for building tips? Also I was looking on the website and the old owner stated that the Yak 55 will be available in June. Is that still true? One final question will you have any parts available for the edges b/c I am pretty sure that I will either be needing some or possibly a whole new wing kit? Thanks again for taking this on and I know it will be a success. |

The website is still the "old" website. Its also already been posted that this summer is when the real changes will happen and production will really start. More to come after the Nall as the new owners are headed there!

I ordered an Aerotech 35% Edge in Jan from Starrflight. It came in March, just 36" sheeting some real soft 3/8th sq and plans. The wing tube and LG was included. April most of rest came, ply parts etc. Canopy came by itself from west coast. No 48" sheeting, Had to beg John for instructions. Tom nusta e-mailed him 25 times trying to get all the kit parts. I finally bought all the wood I needed and started building, but my heart isn't in it. The wheel pants were CRAP so I sent them back to John last Monday. Am hoping these guys will help me out on them. They were way too big, had been patched several places, had 1/4" holes in them. Was gonna fix them up, but decided weren't worth effort. Don't know how guy could include them in a kit.
Does anybody know if new guys will be using same addess, e-mail, etc.? If anybody knows of new address or whatever, would appreciate a note. Thanks, Dick Snyder n52ds@verizon.net |

There new phone number is 563-321-8455, keep in mind that the new owners are not responsible for the dealings of past, but I am sure they will do what they can for you within reason.

Good luck to the new owners! I wish you all the best. What is the situation with Aerotech Pitts Model 12S Python ARF? Will it be continued?
Best regards, Otto
