This is my friends yak so I don't know all the setup on it, but I do know that it is sporting all HS5945's and 1 HS5955 on the rudder. The radio is a 9 channel JR. I am not sure about weight but I think he said that it was 16-17lbs dry. I will talk with him soon so I will find out for you. Hope this helped .

Thanks dude. I have 5945s waiting to go into mine. I might have to get something with more torque for the rudder but not sure about that yet. If you can get info on the weight great if not thats fine. Im putting a ZDZ 60 in mine BTW and will post a vid when i get it in the air.

On my dad's 29% Katana he is running a 23-8 mej. carbon. And on his yak 54 QB from aeroworks he is running a 22-10 for break in and planing to swich to the 23-8 to try it out after break in.

I used a 22x8 bolly wood for break in and have now switched to a 23x8 bolly wood.
