Default Anyone have a Godfrey 36% Edge? Pics?

Does anyone have a Godfrey 36% edge? I like the looks of the Godfrey models I have seen but I have not seen the edge.

That would be great. I have seen the extras and they look great and from my understanding the edge is quite similar as far as the construction goes. I have been looking for a 100cc kit and this might be the top of my list right now.

I hear ya. It has been windy for about 2 weeks straight here 25mph+ so no flying for me lately. This weekend looks promising though. No hurry for the pictures. I appreciate that you are willing to post them.

I have the godfrey extra 100cc. It was going to be my imac plane for the year but I did not get the new wings in time for imac so i had to get another airframe. Flies great though.

I would think so. It is on the website still(although it looks like it has not been updated in a while).

I have not forgot about the pix , just that we have been bombbarded with heavy rains for the last 12 or so days that has left us with over 30 inches of water ... Is there any pix that could be taken while the plane is still in the trailer that would help ???

I am just interested in what it looks like completed. Sure its just another 100cc edge but I am seriously considering building one if the kit is available. The extras I have seen look great so I don't really have much doubt that these are nice also. I figured more guys would have them and chime in here . Thanks for the offer...no hurry, just snap some pix when you have a nice day.

the one that I have in the trailer has a DA 100 in it , a friend of mine has one with a DA 85 , flies really light..The edge with the 100 still only weighs in the 24lb range . I will take some pix tonight , looks like it might nor be raining a monsoon ...

That would be my next question. I was debating between those two engines but I was planning on waiting until I get the airframe done to see what the weight was. So it seems like either would be a good choice...now I guess I will just flip a coin . It will be a while before I make that decision though.

I am putting a little money aside and plan to order one in the next month or so. If there is any interest I may do a noob build thread. This will be my first giant scale kit build.
