I know that Brett and QQ are both flying bipes..
QQ is flying Electric version the Ventura I think it is called. Oxai model as well. Brett with a YS CDI 170DZ and Euphoria by Oxai Models. I heard rumors that Andrew is flying the Krill Spark currently but not sure if this will be what he uses in Portugal. HAVE NO CLUE what Shulman will fly.. rumors are thick and heavy. Two planes have recently emerged.. one from Comp-Arf and one from Oxai that both carry similiar colors to Jasons so you can only IMAGINE the rumors that are flying around but I believe only Jason knows and if any one else does and lets it out.. I pity the fool. Google away. Chuck Hochhalter Last edited by RC_Pattern_Flyer; 06-30-2009 at 08:33 PM. Reason: opps... duh |

The donations really do need to keep coming guys. I had every intention of selling snow cones at the St. Louis Huckfest for a minimum $1 donation to Team USA. And, we were going to put out a donation bucket. Unfortunately, it was way too hot to expect anyone to pay so we just gave them away to anyone who wanted one. Most people had quite a few and that was just fine. We all needed to stay cool anyway we could in that extreme heat.

Brett called the other day to let me know he was going to go practice flying..... Darn the luck, but I had to go another direction and couldn't go watch like I wanted to. We did get to meet up on his way out to the field and I got to look over his plane and get to talk to him for a bit. This Euphoria is a dream, man! It does have the 170 in it and the radio installation is slick and clean. I was able to give him the stickers for his plane's wing. You can't make out what it says in the picture but it has the FG swoosh plane and under it reads: "Fandango is my Wingman..... Kyle Spencer Foote 1989-2008" Kyle is getting to go to the Worlds with his buddy Brett! I had not seen Brett for a while (before high school graduation last year) and the beard was a little different to see on him. He is a great kid and is working hard at practicing for The WC. I'm proud to know him and his family. He'll do us all proud just like QQ, Jason and Andrew will! I'm predicting this is gonna be the kick-butt team that all the others will be chasing. Those folks over in Portugal may as well start engraving their names on the trophies now!! WT ![]() ![]() PS: Got a nice PM from Animal's Mom a few weeks back outlining how he is practicing hard and keeping up his work commitments also. These four are the epitomy of gentlemen sportsmen and have the greatest work ethic that will result in championship form! Go Team USA! |

This is QQ's ride:
http://www.oxai-rc.com/main/detail.aspx?ID=55 And last I heard Andrew is flying a Spark. He has two and just got 2 more, seems a pretty safe bet he'll be flying them.

Here is my plane
Krill Model Spark Futaba 14mz Futaba 608HS receiver Futaba 9551's on aileron Futaba 9650's on elevator Futaba 9157 on rudder Hacker C50-14XL motor Hacker Master 90 Speed Control Thunder Power 10s1p 5000 mah Pro-lite V2's Thunder Power 2s730 receiver pack Powerbox Digiswitch A huge thanks goes out to my sponsors who are being absolutely great with support for not only me but the entire team with there donations to the raffle. Also would like to thank my parents who put up with me walking in the door from work and walking right back out to go to the flying field. My dad has gone along with me as well when I go out flying to coach me. Also, Charlie Williams and Verne Koester. Verne is the one who calls for me and helps with many other things. Charlie Williams builds the planes for me. He has done this for many many years. I know without these 2 guys I would not be where I am in today. I will try and get out and get some pictures with the planes as well.
