Hey I am looking for a set of plans to scratch build a giant edge 540. I can blow up small plans to work. I just need the whole set of plans so I can cut parts from it. If you can help let me know thanks. Bill
sideshowbill13@gmail.com I need them asap I want to start the build. If I do it 100" wingspan what are some of the electronics I need and engine. Fuel tank size all that helpful info. If you can scan a set of yours into the computer and I can print those off that would be perfect. thanks again |

hey, welcome to the giants!!!! I have to say, i've tried building 40% planes off of free plans, (which btw, are WICKED hard to find...) and have found out that you really need to put your heart, and soul into the building process, and also experiment with smaller projects on the side... A 70"+ airplane will usually run you from $800 to well over 50 grand (well that's like the 75-80% range) you don't want to skimp on quality in the least, GET THE BEST STUFF!!!!! so, big planes ain't cheep.
On the flip side, I do have plans for a 40% extra 330s, a 40% staudacher, a 50% extra 330 (designed by myself), a 50%pitts chhallenger (designed by me), a full scale ultralight, a full scale evens vp2, a full scale l4 grasshopper, a full scale l2, and a full scale pitts..... I'll send any of em to you if you want...... GOOD LUCK!!!! -Extra

After a lot of requests for the two extra plans, i decided just to post them here.....
These are all open source, so the copy rights have been released by the manufacturers
