 ....although still trying to get that crazy wind machineto settle down a little more yet. While, not in the 20-30mph anymore, the new average of 5-15mph winds are a blessing........We are having a blast! I wish you lived up here, so you could join us...... it's really never dull @ TORCM... You would fit right in.... Glad to see you keepin' tabs on us, and please check back often as my Mistress (lol) has to show off her hobby every chance she gets...(thanks to FG!!!).. She flies one heck of a Camera!!!! I wish my camera skills were as good as hers but I think I'll stick to the double gimbaled transmitter... My oldest daughter has started to hit the camera pretty heavy now too.... Theres a lot more eye candy, to share with everyone, yet to come!!!.... |

Remember that Saturday June 20 is the Clubs Annual Float Fly... You are more than welcome to come and float fly with us, if you have a float plane, and/or even spectate with myself and imediate family..... as I don't have a floater yet.... lol The main field runway will be closed, and the flight line will be moved out to the far side of the runway just in front of the big lake... There will be a pot luck lunch.... bring a dish... join in if you would like.... However, Sunday June 21 is open flying off the runway though... and most likely Nelly and I will be out there Next sunday flying, good weather providing.... |

no i don't but may come sun to fly i only have 40%'ers and i gave up my other car that they fit into now i have to borrow my nab's trailer to go fly very cool of him to let me use it.

It's sort of cool to think that I could be sittin' in the Bear's Lounge sippin' a barley Gennesee Cream Ale or walking around the Super WalMart and see some guy with a FG shirt or hat!!

We feature a 520ft x 160ft manicured grass runway and also an 11 acre lake for float planes and also a secondary pond for boats. Here are some of the pictures of the field I took today.

Here are pictures from 6-14-09. Sunday was a perfect day for flying, mostly sunny, a few clouds for contrast and the winds barely blew. It was very warm though.
Today we had range of ages flying today, from our oldest pilot of 81 to your newest junior pilot of 10. Everyone let there inner child come out to play.

just let me know so I can make sure to have the facilities unlocked by the time you get there... All our members get their own key, due to the lease from Waste Management.... First one in opens, and last one out locks...
(I always get those two streets confused).... I have a freind that sings Karoke there frequently..... and yes, I'm in Walmart way too much... lol --- that's AWESOME!!! We have shirts in Findlay, Tiffin, and Clyde Ohio now.... yehaw!!! |
