Good reasons. You also have to regulate Lions. Correct?
Plan on going to lions over the winter. Trying to get away with my set up to break in the motor. Aerovate The American distributer of RCGF. Is mooving the operation for their line of the engines to the US. And the factory is already in operation. They are coming out with a 55cc soon and that is what I plan on putting in the Extra as a permanent engine. |

Don't worry about the Nimh's, what you've chosen is perfect. I'm running a similar Nimh setup in my Sukhoi. I'm also using a mix of Hitec and JR servos

No worries, the setup is fine. I just prefer LIONS and yes I need regs for it. I've been using MPI regs (the non adjustable ones) for my lower end planes. As my budget allows I switch them out with turbo regs from Smart-Fly. As for a motor......I need another 3W55 for the Su-26......ahhh more money.

I run the fromeco regs on my Li-Ions, although on this new Extra I'll be running a Duralite 6v reg.

Sweetpea: Mine is a budget thing to. I have already gone over budget and its only the begining of August.
CSpaced: I have read good things about Fromeco products. Lot of people use them at the XFC Championships and at the IMAC Championships. If so many people use them then I have to look into it verry hard when the time comes. I'm new to this stuff but I'm not afraid to ask Questions. Oppinions do mater to me cause people usually have a reason for having them. I appreciate you guys telling me yours. |

Darn. Maybe I'll have to drive out west to get some good apples this fall and drag the the Extra along. Maybe get my planes picture taken. I want to fly at that field where the view is so great. If you guys have more exuses, You can pitch in. I just taught of another one. The wifes friend lives in Oregon. I can drop her off on the way. Any more? |

New flying field in Wenatchee, WA. That's were the apple orchards are. Then cross the Cascades and fly your new Extra at Snohomish, WA on your way to Bellingham and Bellair!

Tseres......what you should of done is had me pick your plane up and test fly it for you. I mean I'm right here by the warehouse. I could have set it up and got it running good for you. That way when you come out to get some apples you could just take it home then.
