And another one, a PAU pitts Bulldog. This plane looks super sweet. Cant get much better for bi-plane lovers.

Hi Harv,
Plane looks awesome. What is the price going to be? Also, have the redesigned the fuse to put a hatch at the top or do you just have fuse access from the where the bottom wing is like the original ones? Thanks for posting.

From what i saw on the prototype, it is the same as the original. (you will have to go through the bottom wing to access stuff). but it is much lighter than the original version.
Judging by the site they are still working on pricing and im sure PAU will let everyone know when the planes are ready for delivery.

I was under the impression they were trying to fix it so you could enter from the top. Not sure they got it worked out or not.
Plus from that link have a 30% 300 on there as well. PAU is planning some big things in the next year

I just sent an e-mail to PAU and let them know we're all "speculating" out here on this thread. They might me nice enough to come on here and tease us a little with some info. We'll see!

WT, I'll go nudge Ken or Herve to spill some details. As far as I know it's the same construction as the Challenger, only with the Bulldog scheme and possibly a different cowl (I think the full scale might have a different cowl). I haven't gotten to fly the new Challenger yet but I'll see what I can find out for you.

I did just have a look at some Challenger prototype pics, no flying wires that I could see.

No flying wires is a good thing... as long as the wings stay on!

I've watched Ken wring out the Challenger, doesn't seem to have a problem without the wires.
