YEP as promised to all of you at Joe Nall it is here!!! The New functional BLING louvers for your baby!
"WOW NOW THAT IS COOL" was heard all over Joe Nall 2009 from vendors and the masses when they saw the cooling louvers that come pre-installed on the Knoxhobbies planes. Now you can add Functional BLING to your other brands of new planes and not have to HACK up the cowling to get your 2.5 to 1 ratio of air flow. The specs are as follows:

Lockit400. Your in the same boat as us. But I doubt for a minute anyone is cooking the freight or postage costs. USPS it seems charge about $25 almost as a minimum to send one of those mailing boxes twice the size of a packet of cigarettes to us in Chile. I never ever see postage for a package under $20. Its even worse when the plastic tailwheels in the box cost 10 bucks and Uncle Sam wants $20 to move them. |

LOCKIT400 As I told you in your email that you sent me we do not play the shipping game to make money. We make a honest profit while offer a great price on all our KH products all you have to do is look around the website to see that. As for the International shipping I know all well the costs applied to ship over the big pond with the customs fees and extra work involved. As to your request for the copy of the receipt my friend their is no need for that I will ensure you get every penny that your are due in this matter even though the USPS shipping Module from the US government must have made a mistake when calculating it on our site. And futher more as always if you are not happy with your purchase I will be glad to give you a full refund. In closing we do not make profits on our shipping we just charge what the ups, fed ex, dhl, and USPS pre designed shipping calculation modules charge.

Lockit 400
OK lets take a breath here.. All I want to do is provide you with a top quality product at an attractive price point. I apologize if we have mis understood each other in this transaction phase and for any aggravation I may have contributed to during the process. As I mention in the above posted AI said email and in the normal order processing phase of the website it allows me to email in response to your initial order and this is were the confusion may have came from. I will be glad to do what ever you wish as as you know you are the costumer and YES you are correct. Again I am sorry for any thing that said that may have offended you in any way. So please let me know either in private or in public to your desires for the order and I will be glad to ship to you in full including refunding you the unused portion of your shipment payment or as always if you are not happy with our KnoxHobbies products or services you will be granted a full refund.

I would suggest you include a pattern with the product that shows people the correct hole to cut for these louvres... particularly, the hole should have generous radii in the corners.... and the best thing to cut a glass cowl with is a structured tooth tungston carbide bit from Dremel and finish off with a sanding drum...
they look really nice... will they accept paint??? |
