Yeah. Not without cutting into the LG and bottom wing LE areas. I could'a used the included factory muffler but it was pretty small and I hate the way those sound.

WT;

It's a 50cc, Cyclone Toy and Hobbies' ARF. Span and length are both approx 6 Ft and it weighs 20 Lbs for a wing loading of under 27oz/SqFt. I'm using a DL50 and a Vess 23A prop.
The plane, engine and canister were $840, delivered from China (7 days).
The cowl was made by laminating 1/2" balsa profiles to the existing cowl's base and then shaping to what you see now.
What else do you want to know?

Nice, you could also shape it from a hunk of foam and then do a composite layup...resulting in a fiberglass cowl.
