SPEED AND ANGELS...
Was surfing Hulu.com and saw this documentary movie of F-14 pilots. Interesting stuff. Didn't not know how much Naval pilots have to go through just to get into the fleet.

I'm amazed at the odds of being a Naval Aviator. It's like winning the Lotto! after they have passed all physical and test requirements, they have a chance of one (1) out of 10,000 candicates. After they have been chosen, they still have to go through flight qualification in order to get into the Fleet! It does put a lot of meaning to the term "TOP GUN"...

I watched this twice........ God bless "kids" like this! There is no drive and determination in the world as the drive and determination of an aviator. We've had four in our family. There is nothing like it..........
