Ya I have the design done and having the blades developped in carbon fibre. But can't show at this time.
I can tell you this, it is compact and very strong. it will fit inside a 5 inch spinner.

Not as complicated as you might think.

Let it go Jack, this guy will never give you anything that is constructive, and as I can see he simply doesn't quit, he is lonely so he needs to do this.

On a full scale plane the pitch control is a blue push/pull knob(cessna) or a lever. That's all

Roger, many thanks to you, and others, for all the great pics/info in your build thread. I enjoyed learning this foam rib building technique, and can't wait to try it myself.
Also, I'm curious about the inexpensive regulators you make, what they can be used for and specs on them. Maybe you have info somewhere on the site you can point me to.
Mostly I wanted to let you know that the info you're posting is inspiring.

Thank you for the kind words, I'm happy I can help someone.

As for the regulators, I use the simple and inexpensive 7806 regulator. If you want to use these and have a problem on how to connect them , let me , I will help.

Roger

Roger, when using them for servos what is voltage before and after regulator? Are you regulating power to the Rx with these also? Can they be hooked parallel for redundancy? I guess I shouldn't have read the 34% thread, between reading this one. Slow dialup, I read one while the other loads, gets a bit confusing. Thanks in advance for any info on these.

I only use the regulators on the servos and not the receiver. Here is my setup. First I'm using Lipos for power. which is about 8 volts fully charged . Although my setup is different then most, you can do a similar setup. I run the receiver with a small battery since the receiver doesn't have any servos plugged into it. I use Fiber Optic servo extensions so the fiber optic encoder plugs into the receiver, and the fiber optic decoder/servos use there own battery. this is where the regulator goes in, just before the decoder to 6 volts. This way , no bad servos can ever feed back to the receiver creating a lock out, and also the servos gets a full 6 volts on the signal wire which is more then they would get from the receiver.

Hopefully I didn't confuse you too much

Roger
