Any issues using the new 6014HS in High speed digital mode run through an EQ6 Turbo Plus?
Thanks Curtis

Hi Curtis,
The Eq6 will not update your servos at 7.5ms, they will continue to update at 15ms. Otherwise there should be no issues. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Just by the by, for most normal airplane flying, even 3D, I doubt you will feel the advantage of the High Speed mode. It is really intended for 3D heli flying where the cyclic and collective are pumped very rapidly. The High speed mode does not make your servos faster, increase resolutions, or reduce latency. What ti does is all ow the servo to develop full torque a bit faster so when you pump it to the stops the servo is developing full holding torque as you do so.
I've flown my pattern plane both with it and without it and did not notice any difference at all.

Has anyone used the eQ6 and (2) 6014's. Meaning they split the pigtailleads between 2 recievers. Can the EQ6 handle the extra load? Is this possible?

Hi jimbomilligan,
You cannot "Y" receivers onto any power system. The two receivers will update their servo outputs at different rates. The servos will get control signals that make no senses to them. If you want to use two receivers you need to split the plane down the middle.

Hi,
The PowerExpanders and PowerSystems that do not have servo matching will update at 7.5ms since there is nothing but a buffer between the receiver and servos. Currently the units with servo matching will only update at 15ms.
