Yours still looks very nice anyway. Yeah, I worried too much about the alignment. It went very smoothly. I really need to finish this bird. wish I had more time to work on it.

won't fit in the 35% if you run it in from the bottom. has to go in from the top

Scags it will on the Yak maybe it won't on the Extra I have not see the back of one of them yet but if it will work it looks a lot better than from the top.

yes i know as i wanted mine to go in from the bottom. Steve if you can get yours to work through the bottom please let me know what you did so that i can change locations of mine

Looks to me like he needs to get shorter bolts and only had long ones to mock it up so he must of used the spacers on it inside till he gets shorter bolts. Thats my guess

Get a piece of piano wire and remake it, that is what I'm doing on mine. Let you know what size as I am not sure at this time.

Dan the wire it comes with should be long enough. remember you are not going thru the ballance stab so you get that much more to use just run it up just inside the ballance stab from the bottom.

Oh yeah, good point! Well I'll run it up just past the upper hinge and use gear strap to secure to bottom of fuse and tailgear acts as extra security.
