Hi guys, I had a prop strike (DA100) and the firewall was cracked, or rather split along the ply joint. What would be the best method to repair this? Thanks for your suggestions.

Mix up some 30 minute epoxy, drop it in there and clamp the piss out of it. Wipe off the excess epoxy and hope that you mixed it well enough.

You could then add some 1/16" aluminum angle over the joint to strengthen it. Stuff doesn't weigh hardly anything and it's easy to do. Just drill some holes and bolt it on.
