Now this is BIGGIE SIZED ELECTRIC FLYING
The Kishwaukee RC Flyers out of Malta IL held their 2009 Electric Fly-In today.
All manner of electrics showed up but one took home the FLYING GIANT TROPHY... No Photoshop here folks.......just "a little help from a friend"

Interesting. Look like the transmitter has a metal extendable antenea but its not pulled out. Hum. Where's the TX antenea? Thats a huge bird if its a real rc.

Yep no photo shopping here. Just a picture of a real full scale plane flying by, it looks like the guy on the ground is flying it but next time tell him to pull out the antenea.

That friend is Don Claude, owner of the full size plane and a member of our club. He'd come out for our electric fly-in earlier that day and enjoyed the goings on so much he decided to leave and bring his own "toy" back with him for some low passes, only this one had him sitting in it at the controls. Don's been into flying longer than most of us have probably been alive and kickin' and is a real asset to our club having donated rides in his planes for club raffle prizes When he made the last pass the event CD Brad Evenson just happened to be in the right place at the right time with his transmitter for one of our club photographers to get that shot and I couldn't resist posting this as a "how big is to big bird"....
