Great thread you got started Donnie and well said. I helped Brian get stared
with his flying about four years ago. He progressed real quick right from the
start but this last year has been truly amazing. When he got the QQ Python
a new standard had been set in my eyes for freestyle mastery. He's focused
and dedicated to be the best and I'm glad to have him and Mom & POPS
as friends. I know he will do good at the "nats".

I just hope that Mom and Dad get a chance to make it up to the Nats to watch Brian ..As of right now there is something like 32 pilots in the Unlimited class alone .

sorry about the whole "poof" thing brian!!! i guess that one is gonna stick!

i've told brian and his dad several times that i like the way he flies.... but i LOVE the way he "rolls"! they are just about the best example of what this hobby is all about. they enjoy the hobby as a family.....they set a tremendous example for all of us and have really encouraged me to get my wife and son out to the field with me more often. the best memories i have of this hobby, oddly enough, are not about flying.... they are about the time i spent with my dad as a kid learning and feeling as if i were "one of the guys".... the luckett's remind me why i really love this hobby each time i see them at an event!!

go get 'em brian! have a blast and let the chips fall.... the more fun you have the more they'll fall in a favorable posititon!

He's so scared of spinners though! Hehe! Love the pic of the D260. JUST LEAVE THE BACKPLATE OFF ALREADY BRIEN (unless it helps with your downline braking).

ThaNKS Guys for all the support that you are giving Brian..The last couple of weeks he has been with John and Tina in Toone ,tn getting ready for the NATS...This will be his first year to be able to compete in UNLIMITED...WE get to hear from him about 3 times per week. They practice about every other day so they dont burn out..Practice seems to be going good...Right now there are a total of 4 pilots that John is grooming.... Several more are due to arrive during the next couple of days....Looks like there will be a CONVOY from John to NATS....Once again thatnks for your support and comments KEEPUM COMING....POPS AND JANET

Brian,

See you at NATS man! Going to have a good time. I'm going to be bringing the bikes and also my trailer with my planes. Gonna throw down and have some fun making some good memories! Then do some mountain riding Friday and Saturday after NATS.

All I gotta say is one week NO WORK; just planes and motorcycles! WOOHOO!
