4th Annual Lincolnland IMAC Challenge
I can't believe it is almost here already but our contest is coming up on July 11th and 12th. We are tryng to finalize plans for the contest. We are going to have plaques again this year with a sleeve on the front to slid a picture of you and your plane into. Prizes have been slow in coming in but we will at least have some prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each class.
We may have a small group this year but the competition should be close that way. the Hotels are running between $45.00 to $65.00 per night and the KOA Campground is $32.00 per night for full hook up. As always you can camp at the field with no hook ups. The field will be open on Friday for practise if you would like to come early. We have kept the fees down this year to help make it attractive to come to our event. It is $20.00 for IMAC Members and $25.00 for non-members. We will have a pilots meeting at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday and try to start promptly at 9:00 a.m. Please see our flyer on the IMAC Website for a map of the field. The crops just got planted because of all the rain so they are not very tall on either side of the runway. Should be a good year. Please come and see us. Thanks, Bruce Kern, CD

Looking forward to being there, probably won't be there til Saturday morning. To hard to get away for three days.
I was kinda looking forward to third place but I see now there are going to be more than 3 of us in Advanced. Thanks for busting that bubble.
