Im in need of a cowling and canopy for my QQ Python 100cc,,,Anybody have any used etc????

It dosent matter what color,,Ill paint it anyway.I have a broke canopy and bad cowl and need anything half way useable??

www.chiefaircraft.com has cowl for $50 ... click on "replacement parts" . They are a good outfit....

I would also love to get my hands on a canopy. Kimbal scheme preferably. Does anyone have a broken canopy that I could patch up and make a mold out of?

QQ is coming out w/brand new "Beast" through Horizon before end of the year ... they will be announcing any time now w/pricing . The "Beast" is Jim Kimball Enterprizes newest design of the Python which just maidened in the full-size version in March . According to Kevin Kimball who I have posted with numerous times here on FG , it is an awesome update of Python and well worth waiting for .
I will be getting one myself ... BTW , it is for 100cc engine. You can go on www.jimkimballenterprises.com to see the "Beast" .. it is beautiful ! The nice thing about buying from QQ and Horizon is that this plane will be 100% certified by the designer (Kimball) and will will incorporate all the newest design features of the full-size plane ... it will not be a pirated copy by some mfg. who doesn't have permission to copy the design. |
