Oh by the way can you reproduce the scheme on my Yak I got from you? Alot of people have shown interest in it.
The new DL-30 is just around the corner. I agree there is a huge market for 68-74 inch power plants. I have a OS 1.20AX that is awesome. It would be nice to see a gasoline engine to rival it's performance.

It's on the way, DLE30 and 73" Yak and Extra already listed on Pilot-rc website. Check out the specs, should have no problem w/ 12-14 or even 15 lb airframe.

Yes I bet they will Steve, someone could put one together w/o expense of the larger ones, but get the giant scale feel w/ gas engine before investing what we are for our larger birds. no complaints though on my investments so far.
May have to get one for a throw around plane, like I need another one LOL

hovhas, Thanks for posting the pics. Could you tell us, or even better, post some pics if your setup inside the plane? Also, what kind of flying do you normally do? 3D, IMAC, or Sport? Black and yellow are good colors!

here is a quick pic of my 30% extra 300. I love this plane! Got a good tune on my DLE 55 and its pulling harder then ever. Very nice pull out from a hover.

I have to say, i really like this plane. If anyone out there is thinking about one go for it! Its a super great flyer.
Here is what i have in mine
DLE 55 and bambula 22/8
1100 mah A123 ignition
4300 mah A123 RX (smaller 1100 mah cells)
5955's on Ail and ele
Power HD 9150 on rudder
AR9100 rx

It seems to be a great combo for me and the plane.

How do you like the Bambula prop? Is it more of a 3D prop? How about noise?
