Default QLD IMAC State Championships - July 09

Well Its on in a few weeks guys, the Queensland IMAC State Championships and so I thought I would start up a thread to create some interest and excitment of this up coming event at one of the best fields in Australia, Suncoast Model Flyers aero club in Coolum.

I hope more will sign up and make the effort to support this event (and the club) I know I have spoken to some people who have pulled out simply because they couldnt be bothered or feel they are not ready.

Do it to support the ASAA, SMF and the CD Mick Dakers (and others) who organised this event.

Mike and Graeme hope you guys are coming this time

Mick is there anying we need to know about this event that isnt on the ASAA site?

I think you will find that we will have many competitors staying at Villa Coolum - http://www.villacoolum.com/accom.html

Give them a call and let them know you are competing and if they have space available they will look after you

Nope, emails will go out shortly, Good trophies on offer, with numbers down, lots of flying and time for after hours R&R, the event is now closed for entries, if your in, your in, if not, best send me an email and do some grovelling
Remember, at a minimum you must be a financial member of ASAA to compete in this event.

G'Day all

Unfortunatly I have had to pull out of this comp and probably the next one as I have bought a new business and are working 7 days a week.

I have not been out flying since Toowoomba but I am working on getting my work sorted out so I can return to some flying.

Good luck to all and don't have to much fun with out us.

Royster

I have bought a lease on a Shell service station at Currumbin on the Gold Coast. If you are in the area and need fuel we are at 59 Currumbin Creek Rd Currumbin.

I will need to change the colour scheme of my planes to yellow and red.

Any way I am working on freeing up some flying time and hopefully some building time as I have a 35% Super Decathlon that I started 3 years ago and still have not finished. Would like to have some thing to fly in scale comps and maybe I can tear up the sky with Mick and his Cub.

Hey Brent,
Dad wanted me to tell you . . . . . . . . .

To increase the amount of customers that you get, you should get your Dad filling up all the cars

This shall help with fostering good relations with customers

Look foward to seeing you & Neil again.
Aaron

Will make a point of droping in next time we are down the coast

Scale sounds like the flavour of the month. I hope to be starting a project next month if I can save enough "fun vouchers" up.

Maybe you should be looking at the new monster Pilot RC Decathlon DA are bring in
