That one pic gives an idea of how huge this thing is, the DA50 looks like a Cox .049 up there!!!! I gotta have one, I want that red & white scheme though, is it in stock now?

This is a very large 50cc plane, i held one and drooled on it but have yet gotten a chance to fly one. I would like to have one someday for a fun fly plane when i dont feel like the 40%.

I should be flying my slick with the BME 58 on it this weekend. Going for the maiden on sat morning , and if everything goes well , she'll fly all day Sunday as well. BTW.....i am going to order up two more of these 89" slicks , but one will be for an electric build as well. I already have the motor , which is a NEU 1521/1.5Y. Josh has flown his with this motor and it's not hurting for power at all. I think though , my BME build will be about 1.5lbs lighter than the electric build , which shouldn't hurt an airframe this size. |
