nope not lately.. i've been working on some micro (under 20" wingspan) foamies to get my mind of the F14 for awhile... It helps to do some smaller projects to keep from getting burnt out on a larger project....

I'll be doing a Rebuild thread on a Skymaster F-15 early next year sometime as well.

Or....you could get your mind off your F-14 with a FOAM F-14! It's a Steve Shumate designed built-up foam park flyer pusher-prop. It can also be built as an EDF. It's got a swing wing and can be built with rudders too. It was a fun build.

Info here (free plans etc.): http://www.parkjets.com/f14-tomcat.html
RCG thread here: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=374502
Kit info: http://6mmflyrc.squarespace.com/original-series/ (scroll down)

I'm building the thrust-vectored twin SU-37 Flanker now. Cool stuff!

Best,

Dave

ATCDave,
Those park jets are awesome. I was looking on the website to see if they had anything in regards to using an EDF but couldn't find anything. Do you have any info on using the EDF as opposed to the pusher prop?
Thanks, Travis

I just went on the Parkjets.com website and found info on the EDF's. One question though, do the plans from 6mmFlyRC have info on the EDF conversion?
